For my second collaboration post with sustainable brand Amour Vert (you can see the first one here!), I went in the opposite season. Whereas the first look was all Spring, this one could feel right at home in Autumn. Silk, believe it or not, insulates and it’s quite warm. Of course, I would wear a slip and hosiery if it were colder, but for Winter in Florida, it’s just perfect as is!
This skirt is super versatile, and it was difficult for me to choose the print because all of them were so great! I finally decided to go with leopard because I love this print. For me, leopard has always been a neutral, and I find it very easy to style with many other colors. Nevertheless, I am going quite literal here, keeping the colors in check and accessorizing the look with tortoise shell.
As you can see, I’m mixing two different leopard prints, but because they share the same pattern and color family, they work well together. I did the same thing with the tortoise shell accessories and the shoes.
As I mentioned before, Amour Vert is a brand I enjoy because it is both sustainable and women owned. The price point is quite good and the mix of pieces and styles, quite broad. It’s what they call #fussfreechic and I could not agree more!
